We offer full replacement of defective parts with free shipping within the first 30 days of your bike delivery (Shipping fee of these parts are not covered for orders that aren't in the lower 48 states and Canada Orders). In order for a replacement to be processed, we require the defective part to be shipped to us for inspection purposes first. If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error we will issue a replacement part and assist you in replacing any defective part. The shipment fee is covered only for the lower 48 states.
